The first step in using Triggers is to configure and enable the Trigger Actions.

A Trigger Action is what happens (action taken by the Trigger) once Trigger is fired (activated).

To activate and enable the Trigger feature please do the following:

1. Enter the Account Settings module by clicking on your User-Name located in the top right hand section of the CDR2Cloud screen or click the Image Added quick launch button.
   
   
2.  Click on the [Settings] tab to enter the Account Settings module
   
   
3. Click on the FTP pane to open the Triggers Settings
