To Delete a Customer record please follow the steps below:

Steps

1. Click the [Customers] menu button to enter the Customer module and display the list of Customers

2. Using he [Search:] text box located at the top right of the Customer Listing, enter any piece of data for the Customer that you would like to Delete

   The Search feature of CDR2Cloud automatically searches for data related to the current module as soon as you have type 3 characters of more in the [Search:] text box. Example: When searching for a Customer you may type the Customers First Name, Last Name, Customer ID [UDF], Email Address, etc in the [Search:] text box. AS soon as the first 3 characters are entered the Search feature will display records in the list that meet the search criteria. You may also sort the Customer listing by clicking on the Image Modified button located next to the description of the any of the header columns. Image Modified

   
   

3. Click the Image Modified button to Delete the Customer record

4. In the Customer Delete Confirmation Screen, click the [Delete] button to permanently Delete the Customer

5. Review the conformation message to ensure that the Customer record was Deleted successfully
