The Rate Table - Override feature allows you to group 2 or more Rate Tables together and instruct CDR2Cloud which Rate Table to use for a customer, based on the Rate Tables Override value and the Override value of the CDR record.
EXAMPLE
You are a VoIP Re-seller and your VoIP Wholesale (Provider) provides you with 3 different services which you resell such as SMS, MMS and VOICE. Your VoIP Provider provides you with CDR files on a timely basis which you in turn use for billing your customers, however each CDR file contains CDR records for all 3 services as follows:
