Every CDR2Cloud Account is enrolled in a Subscription Package/Plan. On activation every account is enrolled in the CDR-10 Subscription Package which is the full featured FREE package allowing creation and management of up to 10 customer records. 

CDR2Cloud Subscription packages are based on the number of customers you manage and not in the number of Invoices you send or the number of CDR files you process.

Currently there are 6 different subscription packages and you can upgrade or downgrade your accounts subscription very easily.

View Account Subscription

To view your current account subscription please do the following

  1. Enter the Account Settings module by clicking on your User-Name located in the top right hand section of the CDR2Cloud screen or click the  quick launch button.

  2.  Click on the [Subscription] tab to enter the Subscription module

  3. You account's current subscription will be highlighted in green
