WARNING
Importing a Rate Table from a file will overwrite the entire content of the target Rate Table. The text file containing your rates must exist in the expected CDR2Cloud [TAB] delimited format. For a sample of the CDR2Cloud file layout please export a rate table and view in a text editor or Microsoft Excel.
To import Rate Patterns from a file to a destination Rate Table, please follow the steps below:
- Identify the Rate Table (destination Rate Table) that you would like to import Rates to and click the
button. 
- Drag the (txt) file containing the Rate Patterns to the Upload page or click the Upload Icon to launch the file explorer
- The Rates will now be uploaded to the Rate Table and any existing Rate Patterns in the Rate Table will be erased before the import takes place.
- Click the [View Rates] button to view the Rate Patterns in the Rate table and ensure that the Import was successful.
