Create New Plan

Before creating a new Account Plan it is recommended that you first create the Destination Table (if applicable) that will be assigned to the Plan.

For information on creating a Destination Table please see the Edit/Create Destinations topic.

  1. Click the [Account Plan] > [Plans] menu button

  2. Click the [Create Account Plan] menu link -button located at the top of the page

  3. Enter the information for the new Account Plan as follows:

    CDR2Cloud - Edit Account Plan
    Plan NameThe name of the Account Plan.
    Monthly FeeThe Monthly Fee that will be charged to customers enrolled in this Plan.
    Minutes IncludedThe total allowed minutes for calls to destinations listed in the Destination Table.
    Destination TableThe Destination Table containing the Destinations to which no charge calls are allowed for the minutes included (above).

  4. Click the [Create] button to save the new Account Plan

Edit Plan

  1. Click the [Account Plan] > [Plans] menu button

  2. Select the Plan you would like to Edit by clicking the button

  3. Enter the information for the new Account Plan as follows:

    CDR2Cloud - Create Account Plan
    Plan NameThe name of the Account Plan.
    Monthly FeeThe Monthly Fee that will be charged to customers enrolled in this Plan.
    Minutes IncludedThe total allowed minutes for calls to destinations listed in the Destination Table.
    Destination TableThe Destination Table containing the Destinations to which no charge calls are allowed for the minutes included (above).
