Customer

CDR2Cloud provides Web Access to your customers. Customer Web Access is not enabled by default and so you must turn this feature on for every customer that you would like to grant access.

To grant Web Access to your customer, please do the following:

  1. Open the Customers account and click on the Web Access Tab.

  2. Click inside the User Name text box. CDR2Cloud will automatically populate the User Name text box with the customers email address. It is recommended that you use the customers email address as the User Name (though not mandatory).

  3. Click the [Save Customer] button. CDR2Cloud will automatically send a Welcome email to your customer inviting them to log into the CDR2Cloud Web Portal
