The first step in writing an Auth Code on a customer account is selecting the Auth Code Field that will be used for identifying calls for that customer. Depending on the CDR File Type that you are processing you may only be able to use the Auth Code Fields that are available in that CDR file. The Auth Code Fields available in CDR2Cloud for use in writing Authentication Codes are as follows:
