Account Plan Destinations are NPA, NXX combinations that define telephone destinations that are to be included in an Account Plan at no extra charge. Account Plan Destinations are optional for an Account Plan but allow you the flexibility of being very precise as to which telephone destinations are included as capped monthly minutes.

You offer your customers a $29.99 Monthly Plan which offers 1000 minutes per month to Toronto (416 and 905 Area Codes) at a cost of $29.99. Calls to all other Area Codes will be charged at a rate of 2 cent per minute ($0.02). After the 1000 minutes have been exceeded calls to Toronto (416 and 905 Area Codes) are charged at 1 cent per minute. To achieve this billing scenario you must define a Plan as well as Plan Destinations and assign the Plan to the customer(s) account. In the Plan you will define the following:
The NPA, NXX for Toronto (416 and 905) must be defined in a Plan Destination. Once defined you can then use that Plan Destination in as many Plans as you wish. |
