CDR2Cloud offers 2 levels of user access, they are Tenant Access and Customer Access. A Tenant Account has Tenant Access and is an account that manages allows you to define and manage one or more Customer Accounts. Customer Accounts represent customers who purchase services from a Tenant Account.
You associate Customers with CDR records by setting one or more Authentications Codes for the Customer.

As a Tenant Account holder you have access to a number of different settings that control how your account operates.
You can access your Account Settings by clicking the 
button located in the Quick Access menu.
