Create New Plan

Before creating a new Account Plan it is recommended that you first create the Destination Table (if applicable) that will be assigned to the Plan.
For information on creating a Destination Table please see the Edit/Create Destinations topic.
- Click the [Account Plan] > [Plans] menu button
- Click the [Create Account Plan] menu link -button located at the top of the page
Enter the information for the new Account Plan as follows:
Plan Name The name of the Account Plan. Monthly Fee The Monthly Fee that will be charged to customers enrolled in this Plan. Minutes Included The total allowed minutes for calls to destinations listed in the Destination Table. Destination Table The Destination Table containing the Destinations to which no charge calls are allowed for the minutes included (above). Click the [Create] button to save the new Account Plan
Edit Plan
- Click the [Account Plan] > [Plans] menu button
- Select the Plan you would like to Edit by clicking the
button
Enter the information for the new Account Plan as follows:
Plan Name The name of the Account Plan. Monthly Fee The Monthly Fee that will be charged to customers enrolled in this Plan. Minutes Included The total allowed minutes for calls to destinations listed in the Destination Table. Destination Table The Destination Table containing the Destinations to which no charge calls are allowed for the minutes included (above). Click the [Save] button to save the new Account Plan
Delete Plan

You can not Delete an Account Plan that is assigned to one or more Customers. Only Plans that are no in use (not assigned to Customer Accounts) can be Deleted.
- Click the [Account Plan] > [Plans] menu button
- Identify the Plan you would like to Delete and click the
button
- Review the Delete Plan conformation message and click the [Delete Plan!] button to permanently Delete the Account Plan
