You can not Delete a Rate Table that is currently in uses (assigned to one or more customers).
To Delete a Rate Table please follow the steps below:
- Identify the Rate Table that you would like to Delete and click the
button. 
- Review the Delete Rate Table confirmation message and click the [Delete] button.
