XERO Integration (BETA)

CDR2Cloud integrates with XERO Accounting using XERO API interface as a Public Application.

This allows you to connect and export your Invoices from CDR2Cloud to your XERO Account easily.

Exporting invoices from CDR2Cloud is a very popular option for CDR2Cloud users who prefer to issue invoices from their accounting software and not from CDR2Cloud.

Step-by-step guide

To export invoices from CDR2Cloud to Xero Accounting please complete your CDR2Cloud Invoice generation process and do the following:

1: Click on your user name located in the top right panel (next to the 'Log off'' link button) to open the [Settings] module: 

2: Click the Xero (BETA) panel to expand the Xero module

3: Click the 'Connect to XERO' button

        then, click 'Connect' in the confirmation message box

4: You will be redirected to the Xero Accounting web page where you will be asked to grant 30 minute access to CDR2Cloud

5: Once access has been granted to CDR2Cloud, you will be take back to the CDR2Cloud Xero page

6: In the 'Xero Invoice Export' panel, select the date range for the Invoices you woud like to export from CDR2Cloud to Xero.

    Toggle the 'Export Recorded Invoices only' check box to indicate whether or not you would like to export Recorded invoices only or both Recorded and Draft invoices from CDR2Cloud to Xero.

7: Click the 'Export Invoices to Xero' button once you are ready to export the invoices 

     click 'Export' in the confirmation message box

8: CDR2Cloud will export all invoices that meet the date and other criteria selected above.

     Once the export is completed you will receive a confirmation message indicatig the numebr of Invoices that were exported.

9: Go to Xero Accounting and view / manage the invocie that were just exported from CDR2Cloud.
