Like a cars dashboard (or control panel) the CDR2Cloud Dashboard provides you with information needed to make quick decisions about your customers.
The CDR2Cloud Dashboard provides easy to read, real-time high level data in a graphical format on a single page. Key performance indicators such as, total amount owing in unpaid Invoices, top 5 paying customers, comparison of CDR files processed over the past 3 months, etc allow you to make instantaneous and informed decisions about your billing.

Dashboard Components
Top Metrics | The Top Metrics component displays 9 keys pieces of real-time data that gives a snapshot of your CDR billing: customer records - shows the total number of customer accounts you have in your CDR2Cloud A/C disk space used - shows the total amount of disk space is consumed by CDR files you have uploaded for processing draft invoices - shows the total number of Invoices you have generated for customers with a DRAFT Invoice Status unpaid invoices - shows the total number as well as the total money value of issued (RECORDED) Invoices cdr file(s) success - shows the total number of CDR files that you have processed successfully cdr file(s) error - shows the total number of CDR files that you have processed unsuccessfully (with an error) cdr file(s) waiting - shows the total number of CDR files that have been uploaded to you account but not yet processed cdr file(s) last - shows the date and time of the most recently processed CDR file open help tickets - shows the total number of unresolved Help Tickets that have been opened on your behalf | |

Top 5 Customers | The Top 5 Customers component lists the 5 customers that have highest Invoice Totals for the past month. In other words, this module tells you which 5 customers are spending the most money to purchase your products and services. This may be helpful in situations where you would like to quickly identify your top customers for reasons such as marketing, promotions, etc. | |
