CDR2Cloud offers 2 levels of user access, they are Tenant Access and Customer Access. A Tenant Account has Tenant Access and is an account that manages one or more Customer Accounts. Customer Accounts represent customers who purchase services from a Tenant Account.

Your Tenant Account allows you to define and manage one or more Customer Accounts. You associate your Customers with CDR records by setting one or more Authentications Codes for the Customer.

As a Tenant Account holder you have access to a number of different settings that control how your account operates.
You can access your Account Settings by clicking the 
button located in the Quick Access menu.
