Converting your Rates to CDR2Cloud Source File Destination Table Format
CDR2Cloud allows you to import rates Destinations from a text file into any Rate Destination table you choose. The source file containing the rates Destinations must be in a very specific format that CDR2Cloud will understand.
This source file must contain 10 tab separated columns 3 Comma Separated Value {CSV} columns as shown below:

CDR2Cloud Rate Destination Table Source file in Excel
The easiest way to convert your rates into the CDR2Cloud Tab delimited format is to do the following:
- Create a Rate Table
- Add 2 or 3 rates to the Rate Table
- Export the Rate Table to a text file (see the Rate Table - Export topic)
- Open the file with Excel. Don't double click the file open Excel first, then do "file open" to open the text file. Choose TAB delimited
- Update the file with your rates
- Save the file
- Import the file into your CDR2Cloud Rate Table (see below).
To import Rate Patterns
To import Destinations from a file to a destination Rate Table, please follow the steps below:
- Identify and open the Rate Destination Table (destination Rate Table) that you would like to import Rates destinations to and click the Image Modified buttonImport Destinations button located at the top right of the page.

- Drag the (txt) file {CSV} file containing the Rate Destination Patterns to the Upload page or click the Upload Icon to launch the file explorer
Image RemovedImage Added - The Rates Destination patterns will now be uploaded to the Rate Destination Table and any existing Rate Destinations Patterns in the Rate Destination Table will be erased before the import takes place.
