  1. Click the [Account Plan] > [Destinations] menu button

  2. Click the [Create Destination Table] menu link -button located at the top of the page

  3. Enter a Name for the Destination Table
    CDR2Cloud - Enter Destination Table Name
  4. Click the [Create] button to save the Destination Table
