The Call Detail Records module allows you to upload, processes/reprocess CDR files. The first step in processing a CDR file is to upload the CDR file. Once the CDR file has bee uploaded you can process the CDR file as many times as you need to. One reason you may reprocess a CDR file is that you may have made changes to a customers Auth Code and so reprocessing the CDR file is necessary to ensure that the changes are reflected in the customers billing data.
