FTP

CDR2Cloud provides a File Transfer Protocol (FTP) feature that allows efficient / automated uploading CDR files to your account. The FTP upload feature in comparison to the manual upload feature requires that you have a FTP User Name and Password set in your CDR2Cloud Account. The IP Address(es) that you will be connecting from must also be set on your account. 

Currently the FTP feature is only available to CDR-500 subscription package and the settings can be configured from your [Account Settings] module as shown below:
