Tenant - Subscription

Every CDR2Cloud Account is enrolled in a Subscription Package/Plan. On activation every account is enrolled in the CDR-10 Subscription Package which is the FREE package allowing creation and management of up to 10 customer records.
CDR2Cloud Subscription packages are based on the number of customers you manage and not in the number of Invoices you send or the number of CDR files you process. This means that with the FREE CDR-10 subscription you can send as many Invoices as you need to and process as many CDR files as you need to.
Currently there are 6 different subscription packages and you can upgrade or downgrade your accounts subscription very easily.
View Account Subscription
To view your current account subscription please do the following
- Enter the Account Settings module by clicking on your User-Name located in the top right hand section of the CDR2Cloud screen or click the quick launch button.
- Click on the [Subscription] tab to enter the Subscription module
- You account's current subscription will be highlighted in green
Change Account Subscription
Upgrading
You can upgrade your accounts subscription at anytime. Obviously your first change will be upgrading from the CDR-10 subscription to a higher one. Upgrading your subscription will entail paying for your first months service as this is a pre-paid service. For Example, if you are upgrading from the CDR-10 to the CDR-100 subscription you will pay $9.99 initially and $9.99 every monthly there after. Your monthly billing anniversary date will be the same as the date your payment was made for the subscription upgrade.
To upgrade your accounts subscription please follow the steps below:
- Enter the Account Settings module by clicking on your User-Name located in the top right hand section of the CDR2Cloud screen or click the quick launch button.
- Click on the [Subscription] tab to enter the Subscription module
- Choose the Subscription plan that you would like to upgrade to and click the [Upgrade] button at the bottom of the plans display box
- In the upgrade confirmation message box, click [Update Subscription] to confirm the request
- In the Subscription Payment Pop-Up window choose whether or not you would like to pay for your subscription by using your PayPal account or by using a Credit Card.
To use a Credit Card your Credit Card must have already been added to you account. For more information on adding Credit Cards to your account please see the Tenant - Credit Cards topic. - If paying with your PayPal account click on [Pay Now - PayPal] button and you will be redirected to the PayPal website where you can compete your payment. Once the Payment is completed you will automatically be redirected back to the CDR2Cloud account page.
If paying with Credit Card, select the Credit card that you would like to use from the [Select Credit Card] drop-down box and click the [Pay Now - Credit Card] button. Your payment will be processed in real time and you will be redirected back the account page.
Downgrading
You can downgrade your accounts subscription at anytime, however your account will remain as is until the next renewal date at which time it is downgraded. For example; If your account monthly renewal dat is the 12th of every month, and you decided to downgrade you account on the 17th of the month, then you account will remain as is until the 12th of the following month at which time it gets down graded to the plan you selected.
To downgrade your account please follow the steps below:
- Enter the Account Settings module by clicking on your User-Name located in the top right hand section of the CDR2Cloud screen or click the quick launch button.
- Click on the [Subscription] tab to enter the Subscription module
- Choose the Subscription plan that you would like to downgrdeto and click the [Doengrade] button at the bottom of the plans display box
- In the Downgrade confirmation message, click the [Update Subscription] button to confirm the request
- Your downgrade request will now be complete. You should see a message indicating the date that your account will be downgraded as well as a link button allowing you to cancel the downgrade request at any time as shown below:
